Telvory Live is the control layer on top of the streaming servers and channels you already have. We do not provide content: you connect your own sources, and we provide the control, links, playlists, failover and reports.

Do you provide channels?
No. You connect your own streaming servers and channels; we provide the control, links, playlists, failover and reports. You remain responsible for holding the rights to what you stream.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card needed to start your 14-day trial; add a payment method before the trial ends to continue. If you do not, the trial simply ends and you pay nothing.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are billed in SAR and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added to each invoice at the applicable rate (currently 15%).
How does billing work?
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually; annual billing costs the same as 10 months. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your workspace billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
What if I need more than a plan includes?
Move to a larger plan at any time, or contact us for an Enterprise plan sized to your servers and audience.
