Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the Telvory Live platform by our business customers and their authorised users.

Effective 29 October 2026

1. Who we are

ALANHAR ALKHAMSA COMPANY LTD. Building No. 2154, Abdulhokeem al Jamhi Street, Al Amal District, Riyadh 12643, Saudi Arabia D-U-N-S 98-647-1461 Email: support@telvorylive.com

Telvory Live is a product of ALANHAR ALKHAMSA COMPANY LTD. ("we", "us", "our").

2. The agreement

These terms form an agreement between us and the organisation that subscribes to Telvory Live ("customer", "you"). If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Where we have signed an order form or separate agreement with you, that document takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

3. The service

Telvory Live is live stream and restream control middleware. It lets you connect streaming servers you operate or rent, import channel catalogues, schedule broadcasts behind share links, switch channels during a broadcast, issue private M3U playlists, apply viewer caps and stream limits, and view audience analytics. Telvory Live does not provide, license or curate any audio-visual content; all content comes from your own sources.

We may improve, change or retire features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription during its current term without notice.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and everything done under your account.
  • Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly at support@telvorylive.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

5. Your content and rights

You keep all rights in the streams, channel catalogues, logos and other material you use with the service ("your content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you own or have obtained all rights, licences and permissions needed to distribute your content to your audience in every territory where you make it available, and that your content and its distribution comply with applicable law. We may remove or disable access to content, links or playlists when we receive a credible notice that they infringe someone's rights or break the law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Telvory Live to:

  • distribute content you do not have the right to distribute, or circumvent technical protection measures;
  • distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive material;
  • send unsolicited messages, including through WhatsApp or other messaging services;
  • probe, overload or interfere with the service or other customers, or attempt to bypass access controls, caps or limits;
  • resell or sublicense the service except as agreed in writing with us.

7. Fees

Fees, billing periods and usage allowances are set out in your order form or plan. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes, which you will pay. We may suspend the service if an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Telvory Live available at all times and to plan maintenance outside peak viewing hours. Live delivery also depends on your streaming servers, your sources, the internet and your viewers' networks, which are outside our control. Support is provided by email at support@telvorylive.com and, where agreed, through WhatsApp. Any service levels that apply to you are set out in your order form.

9. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Where we process viewer data on your behalf, we act as your processor: we follow your instructions, keep the data confidential and secure, and help you respond to requests from individuals. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect viewer data and for informing your viewers.

10. Intellectual property

We own the Telvory Live software, design, documentation and brand. Apart from the right to use the service under these terms, nothing transfers any of our intellectual property to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only to perform this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the agreement at the end of the current subscription term with notice, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of notice. We may suspend access straight away where needed to prevent harm, abuse or a legal violation. After termination you may request an export of your configuration data within 30 days; after that we delete it as described in our privacy policy.

13. Disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Each party's total liability arising from this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable by the customer for the service in that period. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your obligations under section 5, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your content, from your distribution of content without the necessary rights, or from your breach of section 6.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, have jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and give customers at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@telvorylive.com, or by post to the address in section 1.
