Viewer terms

The rules for anyone who watches a stream through a share link, a playlist link or a player app provided by a business that uses this platform.

Version 1.0 · Effective 2 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you open a share link, play a playlist link or use a player app that a business gave you (your "provider"). The streaming technology behind it is operated by the company named in the details at the foot of this page (the "platform operator"). By watching, you accept these terms.

If your provider has its own terms of use, those terms govern your relationship with your provider. These viewer terms cover only your use of the technology.

2. Your provider is responsible

  • Your provider chooses and supplies every channel, programme and stream, and is solely responsible for it, including holding the rights to show it to you.
  • Subscriptions, payments, refunds, support and questions about channels or programmes are matters between you and your provider. The platform operator is not a party to your agreement with your provider.
  • A provider's name, logo or colours in a link or app do not mean that the platform operator endorses the provider or its content.

3. Watching lawfully

  • Watch only for your own personal, non-commercial use, and only services you are entitled to receive.
  • Do not record, copy, rebroadcast, resell or publicly show streams unless the rights holder allows it.
  • Do not share your link, code or device access with others, and do not try to get around device limits, viewing limits or other protections.
  • Follow the laws of the country where you watch, including any age ratings for the content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Access, limits and removal

Your provider decides how long your access lasts, which channels you may watch and on how many devices. Access can stop at any time, for example when your provider ends or changes your access, when its service ends, or when a link is disabled because of a complaint, a breach of these terms or an order of an authority. Neither your provider's choices nor such action entitle you to anything from the platform operator.

5. Player apps

  • You may install a player app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store or page you got it from.
  • Do not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • An app published under your provider's name is your provider's app, and its store listing and terms come from your provider.

6. Privacy

Your provider's privacy notice explains how your data is used for its service; the platform operator processes viewing data on your provider's behalf. For the platform's own player app, see the player app privacy policy.

7. Reporting content

If you believe a stream infringes your rights or is unlawful, tell your provider, or send a notice to support@telvorylive.com with the subject "Content complaint", the link or app concerned, and the date and time you saw it.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the technology is provided "as is" and "as available", and the platform operator gives viewers no warranty about any stream, its quality or its availability, and is not liable to viewers for any content or for any loss from using a link or app. Rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded are not affected.

9. Governing law

These viewer terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live. Your relationship with your provider is governed by your provider's terms.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the version and effective date above show the current text. Questions about your service: contact your provider. Questions about these terms: support@telvorylive.com. These terms are published in English and Arabic with equal force; where the law of the place requires one language to prevail, that language prevails.
